Kristin Herman
Actress-Video Editor-Videographer
Kristin Herman was born and raised in Carol Stream, Illinois (just an hour from Chicago). With two older brothers, Kristin was interested in sports before jumping into theater. After trying a few different sports she realized that acting was for her.
At a young age Kristin discovered her love for singing. Joining both her church and school choir, she knew performing is what she loved. When she auditioned for her first musical "Annie" in sixth grade, she was excited to try her hand in acting. After her first stage debut as one of the orphans, Pepper, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in acting. What started off as a dream soon became a reality when one day she was able to move to Los Angeles, California and begin pursuing this dream.
Once Kristin graduated with an Associate in Fine Arts, she was eager to get to California. Saving her money and performing in plays such as "The Dining Room" and "Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead". Also taking stage combat, and various film classes, she knew that she was ready to chase after her dream. She moved to the Los Angeles area and began working and taking classes at Playhouse West in North Hollywood. She is writing and producing her own independent films, as well as working toward her goals in the entertainment industry.
In her free time she still loves to sing and cook and also, hiking around the area and going to the beach!
